This is the second Smudge Pot and I called Little Black Dress and is part of a limited collection, unfortunately there is a similar color between the Smudge Pot's permanent collection.
's black with lots of purple glitter
can be used as eyeshadow as a base for eye shadow or eyeliner. The Smudge Pot is virtually waterproof.
E 'cream but is fixed once and is not at all sticky.
